Know what groceries actually cost you.

Scan your supermarket receipts. Docket tracks every price you've ever paid and reports your own personal grocery inflation rate — not the official average, yours.

How it works

The supermarket knows your prices. Now you do.

Three steps, and the first one takes about as long as photographing the docket.

  1. 1

    Scan or forward it

Photograph a paper docket, or forward the emailed invoice from an online order. Both go into the same place.

    — capture —
  2. 2

    Read, then corrected

Every line is read automatically — product, size, price. You fix anything it got wrong before it's saved.

    — review —
  3. 3

    Watch the history build

Each price you've paid joins your own record for that product — the basis for every rate and comparison Docket shows you.

Features

Everything runs off what you actually bought.

No scraped shelf prices, no store-wide averages — every number here traces back to a receipt of yours.

Your personal inflation rate

Spend-weighted from what you actually buy, shown beside the official CPI so you can see whose trolley is really getting dearer.

Price history for every item

Every price you've paid, unit-priced and charted. Know instantly if $8.99 is normal or a rip.

Scan the shelf before you buy

Point the camera at a barcode or shelf label in-aisle. Docket tells you what you usually pay and whether this price is worth stocking up on.

Cheaper since you bought it

When something you bought turns up cheaper, Docket tells you. Deal alerts flag the drops that matter, at most once a day.

A list that totals itself

Your shopping list carries the last price of everything on it, so you know the damage before you leave the house.

Email your invoices in

Online shopper? Forward the invoice email and it's in your history before the groceries reach the bench.

Privacy

Your receipts are nobody's business.

A receipt says more about you than the total at the bottom. Docket treats it that way.

01

Everything you scan is scoped to your account — every query, every price, every history. Nobody else's data crosses into yours, and yours doesn't cross into theirs.

02

A receipt reveals more than groceries — alcohol, pharmacy items, who's in your household. Docket treats that data as sensitive, not as mundane shopping trivia.

03

An anonymous community price pool is opt-out and never shows below three separate contributors. A price at a store on a date is a fact about the shop — who bought it stays yours.
